Product Advisor - Telesales

Bangalore – Candidates fluent in Kannada and English, Kannada and Tamil, Kannada and Telugu. Job Requirements: Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Telesales Work Timings : 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Off : 1 Rotational Off (between Monday to Friday) Work Location: 3rd Floor, No. 90, Industrialist Area, GR Icon, Jyoti Nivas College Rd, Opp. Gilly's 104, 5th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560034 Roles of a Telesales Advisor: Act as the first point of contact between the company and potential or existing customers via phone. Promote products or services over the phone to generate sales. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Handle inbound and outbound calls to reach sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads or existing customers to sell products/services. Answer incoming calls from potential customers and provide information. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for sales, calls, and conversions. Use CRM tools to update customer information and follow-up notes . Handle customer objections or queries in a professional manner. Follow scripts and guidelines , but personalize conversations when needed. Coordinate with other departments for after-sales support . Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions . Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during every interaction.
