Product & Accessory Designer

We’re expanding our team at Tripole Gears and have exciting roles opening up. We are starting off with product & accessory designer.

Details below:

Location: Delhi NCR (On-site only)

Experience: 2+ years (must have seen a full product development cycle)

What you’ll do:

Design and prototype backpacks and travel accessories

Work closely with sampling & production teams to bring concepts to life

Prepare detailed tech packs and coordinate product photoshoots and visual branding for catalogs, packaging, and campaigns

Align every design decision with the brand’s tone — understanding what Tripole stands for and translating that into materials, utility, and aesthetic

What we’re looking for:

Formal training in accessory design

Hands-on experience in the bag or soft goods industry

Ownership mindset — can lead a product category and grow with the brand

Long-term commitment to building and evolving with Tripole

What not to expect:

A chilled-out studio job — this is hands-on, production-floor work, sometimes involving field visits to source raw material and accessories for your designs.
