Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Manager at Ricans Solar Energy Limited in Gurugram. Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement of Balance of Plant (BOP) components and services essential for the successful execution of solar energy projects. This role involves overseeing the procurement process from supplier selection and contract negotiation to performance management, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Supplier Evaluation, Contract Negotiation, and Analytical Skills
• Procurement and Contract Management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, (Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical)
• Proven experience in procurement, particularly within the solar energy sector or a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of BOP components and services for solar energy projects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple procurement projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of renewable energy regulations and standards.
