Job Scope: Delivery and working on technically complex Advisory and Consulting Services within proposals, studies, projects execution & operations, as part of a study &/or project team, in accordance with the design & engineering standards & procedures, schedule and budget, with a continuous focus on quality standards, targets and customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities Working on Feasibility Study, Conceptual Study and Revamp Study as per the project requirements Development, Analysis and Maintenance of LP Model. Facilitating Investment Decisions through Configuration/optimization Studies using Linear Programming. Accountable for successful completion of assigned tasks and deliverables Maintain documentation as per quality procedure Provide necessary inputs required for proposal tendering Responsible for maintaining client interface while executing study/project. Liaise with the Market study consultant or third party assistance for the necessary inputs required for the Feasibility Study Liaise with Engineering disciplines, procurement, cost estimation for the necessary inputs required for the study Liaise with other offices (within country/outside country) for delivery of projects while working on projects executed through multicenter Have an understanding of confidentiality, Non-Disclosure Agreements and management of intellectual property (IP) between licensors. About the Job Develop and document design basis Carry out process studies under supervision Evaluate and optimize process schemes Preparing heat and material balances and associated Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) Preparing and modifying Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs) Experience with process simulation software (i.e., Aspen Plus, HYSYS, ProII, etc.) Sizing, selecting, and specifying process equipment (i.e., pumps, heat exchangers, vessels, columns, etc.) Experience in carrying out surge studies using Pipenet Transient is a MUST. Input into material selection Carry out complex hydraulic calculations Experience sizing, selecting, and specifying pressure relief devices Familiarity with the sizing, selection and specification of process instrumentation Provide assistance to the Senior Lead Engineer, as requested, in the areas of schedules, estimates, progress reports, meetings, procurement, activities etc. Exhibit thorough understanding of pertinent codes and governing regulations and industry practices, etc. Assist, as required, in the development of department standards and procedures. Assist with Quality Audits . Field experience including troubleshooting, start-up, commissioning, etc. would be a plus. About You: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering is required. Minimum 7 - 15 years of chemical process engineering experience in similar EPC environment for Onshore Offshore projects.
