In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Adobe Analytics using Adobe Launch across our digital platforms. Your primary objective will be to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and data governance in alignment with business objectives.
Process Manager Roles and responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Adobe Analytics implementation. Implement Adobe Analytics solutions using Adobe Launch, ensuring best practices and maintaining data integrity. Configure and deploy tags, triggers, and variables to capture and track user interactions and behaviors on websites and applications. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Adobe Analytics implementations to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. Work closely with developers, marketers, and other cross-functional teams to optimize data collection strategies and enhance reporting capabilities. Provide support and troubleshooting for Adobe Analytics implementations and resolve any issues related to data discrepancies or tracking errors. Stay current with industry trends and Adobe Analytics updates to continually improve implementation processes and methodologies.
Technical and Functional
Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field (preferred) with 4+ years of proven experience in Adobe Analytics implementation using Adobe Launch. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom code implementation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with data layer concepts and best practices for data collection across digital platforms. Experience with tag management systems and tools, preferably Adobe Launch. Solid understanding of digital analytics, including metrics, dimensions, segmentation, and reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
