Job Description

You will be part of a transformative team as a Process Design Engineer at our organization. As a Process Design Engineer, your role will involve working in the areas of water systems and treatment plant evaluation, modelling, design, master planning, and project delivery. It is essential to have 3-6 years of experience in the field. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and adjusting the work effort within the project team to ensure project work is completed on schedule and within the allocated budget. You must have experience working with various water treatment technologies such as Membranes, Ion Exchange, CDI, Filtration, Chemical Dosing Systems, and UV. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing project designs, managing resources within the constraints of project budget and schedule, and providing engineering service support during the bid and construction phase. Maintaining regular and constructive communication with clients and project team members is crucial. You will also be managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously, compiling pre and post-project completion documentation to a very high standard, and supporting business development activities. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated with a high level of energy, capable of working independently and in a team environment. Strong detail-oriented work style, excellent oral and written communication skills, and proactive attitude are essential. The candidate must also possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or related fields, extensive experience in designing water treatment systems, excellent technical writing and communication skills, and proficiency in project management. Being IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and MS Project is required. Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD and Revit will be advantageous for this role. Fluency in English with strong speaking skills is necessary as the position will involve presentations to clients.
