Role & responsibilities 1. Review of formal bid specifications. Working closely with Sales Managers, Proposal manager, Product Manager and the Engineering Group to execute the bid in accordance with the strategy. Prepare functional design specifications and logic to communicate process requirements to software writers. 7. Provide process support to the aftersales team on refurbishment and service contracts. 8. Resolving problems by adjustments to existing equipment, addition of new equipment, or replacement by a new system, taking into account cost effectiveness, customer preferences and the correct technical approach. 9. Updates to completed proposals to keep track of project status, purchase dates, etc. Re-quoting as needed. 10. Provide hand-over packages to Operations for awarded Projects. 11.
