Job Description for Process Associate Voice - Fin Infocom Process Associate Voice Key Skills international voice, logical thinking, aus, communication For Further Information We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Associate (Placements) with at least 1 year of experience to support our placement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end placement activities, maintaining student and recruiter data, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support campus and off-campus placement drives. Act as a point of contact between students and recruiters. Maintain accurate records of student placement data, including resumes, placement status, and offer letters. Schedule interviews, aptitude tests, and group discussions in coordination with clients. Assist in onboarding recruiters for placement opportunities. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with students and employers. Support in organizing career guidance sessions, webinars, and pre-placement talks. Prepare and circulate reports on placement performance and student tracking. Assist in managing placement-related documentation and compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in International Voice Process. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills. Experience with placement or student management systems is an added advantage.
