Description
As the Principal Sales Enablement for the Experience Transformation (XT) Consulting practice at our company, you will work closely with XT seller-practitioners to shape impactful experiences through insights and innovation. Your primary responsibility will involve consulting with clients to articulate a clear and compelling vision, establish strong relationships, and collaborate with other XT practitioners to guide clients through successful digital transformations. Engaging with leaders, you will play a key role in demonstrating the value of Experience Transformation by enhancing the perception of Persistent as a strategic thought partner, providing deeper insights into client problems and opportunities, and delivering better outcomes through expertly designed human-centered experiences. Your role as a Principal in Experience Transformation (XT) Consulting will be based in India, with Pune being the preferred location. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and will be employed on a full-time basis. In this position, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering effective proposals, such as POVs, case studies, design thinking workshops, and various artifacts that showcase a differentiated approach to problem-solving. Your role will also involve acting as a trusted advisor on Experience Transformation for clients, as well as for Persistent sales and delivery leaders to influence XT revenue growth. Additionally, you will be required to build strong internal networks, integrating a design and innovation lens to enhance our go-to-market strategy. You will help position the team as a source of new ideas and a catalyst for organizational change. To excel in this role, you should bring proven experience in digital strategy, UX/HCD/design thinking, user experience transformation, concept development & incubation, and leadership in a technology-focused environment. A strong consulting background with a track record of revenue growth in digital and user experience transformation is essential. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to inspire teams and engage executive stakeholders effectively. Moreover, a deep understanding of current and emerging digital technologies, especially in solving complex business challenges, is crucial. Domain expertise in designing for BFSI, Healthcare, and/or Salesforce will be considered a bonus.
