You will be expected to provide professional leadership and management in the subject area, ensuring high-quality teaching and effective resource utilization. Additionally, you will be conducting research, training teachers, and striving to improve learning standards for all students. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Subject matter expertise, experience in curriculum development, proficiency in the English language, and basic IT knowledge are also required.
