Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive located in Gurugram. The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, responding to RFPs, maintaining communication with potential and current customers, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting product solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience.
