Presales Executive

As a Sales Representative for our real estate projects, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers by telephone in order to promote our apartments or projects and invite them to visit the project site. You will be required to effectively explain the details of the projects and provide information to encourage potential customers to visit the site. You will deliver a scripted sales pitch to customers and tailor it to meet the specific needs of individuals. Providing accurate details regarding the size, pricing, and features of the apartments will be essential. Handling customer inquiries and questions in a professional and informative manner is also part of your role. In addition, you will be responsible for collecting customer information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, current residence details, and work locations. Recording customer reactions and details in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system will be crucial for maintaining accurate records. Coordinating and scheduling customer visits with the site sales team, as well as conducting customer and marketing surveys, will be part of your duties. Following up with potential customers who have shown interest in the projects or have responded to advertisements will also be a key aspect of your role. Overall, your role as a Sales Representative will involve proactive customer engagement, effective communication of project details, and maintaining customer relationships to drive sales and promote our real estate projects.,
