Job Description

You are looking for a seasoned Pre-Sales Manager with a strong background in BPO enablement to join the dynamic team. Your main responsibilities will include understanding client needs, translating them into solution proposals, and collaborating closely with Sales, Delivery, and Technology teams to ensure successful deal closures. This role requires a deep understanding of BPO operations, solution packaging, and client engagement strategies across global markets. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience as a PreSales Manager in the BPO industry. Proficiency in English is preferred. The work location is in person.
