Job Description

We are seeking talented

Pre-Sales Executive - Global Accounts,

responsible for researching, prospecting, and qualifying accounts to sell our Enterprise application & integration implementation services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of being a successful pre-sales or sales development executive, with strong experience in building and managing pipelines, setting strategic goals, and fostering a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Researching and mapping new accounts adopting innovative search strategies
  2. Prospecting and generating leads through cold calling & building a robust sales pipeline.
  3. Working closely with onsite sales teams to align pre-sales activities with overall Sales and Solution delivery team goals.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand new solution offerings and communicate these effectively to prospective clients.
  5. Participating in continuous training to improve skills in account research, prospecting, and lead qualification.
  6. Helping develop sales materials, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  7. Making presentations to the prospective clients and helping resolve customer technical queries.
  8. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  9. Analyzing market trends and competitors to refine prospecting strategies and identify new opportunities.
  10. Preparing Daily, Weekly and monthly progress reports and reviewing it with the Pre-sales Lead and leadership team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales development, or business development role in the IT consulting or service industry. Proven experience researching and prospecting accounts, ideally for selling implementation services or similar complex solutions. Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and pipeline management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills is a must

Self-motivated, with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.

Availability to work in the Central Time Zone ( USA) is a must !

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
