Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and provide relevant information about our products/services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Perform thorough market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transition of leads and share customer insights.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in all client interactions.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Contribute to team success while managing individual responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in any discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, pre-sales, or outbound sales (voice process).
  • Prior experience in B2B/B2C environments is highly desirable.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and robust research skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
