Proven experience as a Production Technician in a manufacturing environment will be added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up High-speed power press machines and Multi-slide forming machines. Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders to determine production requirements. Fit and secure dies into machines for the production of specific parts. Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running efficiently and making necessary adjustments when needed. Conduct quality inspections on finished and in-process products using measuring instruments and machines such as Profile Projector, UTM. Perform maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs. Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
