Work Time: 4:30 AM EST to 12:30 PM EST Duties Please note that this is an offshore contractual position with expected to work remotely from 4:30 AM EST to 12:30 PM EST. (max overlap with US working hours is preferred) Roles And Responsibilities Responsible for developing Power Automate workflows using Power automate desktop tool (PAD). Must be able to interact with various external data sources and perform CRUD operations. Must be able to debug, develop and add new conditions/actions in existing & new workflows using PAD. Ability to create business processes with out-of-the-box MS Flow /Automate. Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing. Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions. Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise. Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement. Knowledge of Dataverse and SQL is a Plus and experience customizing SharePoint lists is a Plus. Skills Ability to create business and IT processes with out-of-the-box and custom connectors with Microsoft Automate/Flow. Ability to create and connect child flows. Ability to leverage the use of Microsoft Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps. A clear understanding of Power Automate functions and limitations. Experience developing RPA with or within Microsoft Power Automate/Flow, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prisma, UI Path, etc. Net development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus. Creating PowerShell scripts is plus Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences. Strong business-to-technology translation skills are essential for identifying ways to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performance.
