Requirement Brief: Idolize is an AI Tech Startup with 6+ years deep experience in Implementing HyperAutomation Solutions. We take pride in calling ourselves as one of the best solution provider in the HyperAutomation space while amalgamating multiple technologies under one roof. In this sequence, we are currently having acute focus on GenAI, LLM and NLP under the umbrella of AI technologies to enhance our capabilities in HyperAutomation while integrating these tech components in more complex automation use cases. In above context, we are in the process of setting up a dedicated COE (center of excellence) for GenAI, LLM and related technologies and looking to onboard talented individuals as GenAI Interns who have completed their base academic degree in computer science i.e. B.Tech. (CS or IT), B.E. (CS or IT), M.Tech. (CS or IT), MCA and who are passionate to build AI driven automation solutions with the help of these new age technologies. Below are the detailed requirements for this opportunity and we are eager to on-board you as early as in a week time. What is expected from you: Educational Background: Degree: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply. We would like to have only and only 2023 and 2024 passing graduates. Please note that we are not currently interviewing candidates with B.Sc. or M.Sc. degrees hence you may choose not to apply. Technical Skills: Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI and machine learning, such as Python. Familiarity with libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow is highly desirable. Understanding of LLMs: Fundamental knowledge of how Large Language Models work, including transformers, attention mechanisms, and common architectures like GPT, BERT, or T5. Experience with NLP: Basic understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and techniques, such as tokenization, embedding, and text classification. Machine Learning Foundations: Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and techniques. Coursework or projects in machine learning is a plus. Hands-On Experience: Projects and Internships: Experience in working on projects involving LLMs or NLP tasks. This could include internships, academic projects, hackathons, or personal projects that demonstrate practical experience with LLMs. Use of LLMs: Demonstrated experience in using pre-trained LLMs (such as GPT, BERT, etc.) for various applications. Experience in fine-tuning models for specific tasks or developing applications using LLMs is a plus. Git and Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git for managing code. Soft Skills: Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems independently. Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Learning Attitude: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning new technologies and methodologies, especially in the rapidly evolving field of GenAI. Preferred Qualifications: Research Experience: Any research experience or publications related to NLP, LLMs, or machine learning. Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience deploying machine learning models on cloud infrastructure.
