Maintain strong rapport with key government officials, bureaucrats, and regulatory bodies to expedite approvals. Keep updated on changes in real estate laws, zoning regulations, and development control rules (DCR). Develop a structured tracker for all permissions and regulatory timelines for ongoing and upcoming projects. Handle escalations, resolve objections or issues raised by authorities, and ensure full compliance with statutory norms. Represent the organization in government meetings, public hearings, or negotiations as and when required.
