Job Description

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and trust.
Collaborate with various internal departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to align efforts in meeting client needs.
Monitor and analyze client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for service improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions, project status, and performance metrics to senior management.
Assist in the development and implementation of client account strategies aimed at maximizing client retention and revenue growth.
Provide expert knowledge about product offerings, services, and market trends to educate clients and support their decision-making processes.
Facilitate training sessions, webinars, or meetings for clients to ensure proper utilization of products or services.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services based on client needs and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations while managing client accounts.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders.
