Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare plumbing design layouts for residential/commercial sites.
Execute plumbing systems including drainage, water supply, STP/WTP.
Ensure site work aligns with drawings and timelines.
Coordinate with MEP consultants, vendors, and project teams.
Estimate quantities and prepare BOQs.
Supervise plumbing contractors and monitor site quality.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and manage system integration.
Maintain plumbing documentation and support system handover.

Timely project delivery
Quality of execution and minimal rework
Cost & material efficiency
Vendor and safety compliance

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 4 to 6 years in plumbing execution & design (real estate/facility sector preferred)
Strong knowledge of plumbing layouts, BOQs, and system execution
Hands-on experience in water systems, pump rooms, STP/WTP integration
Ability to read and work on AutoCAD drawings
Good communication and coordination skills
