The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the plumbing field, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems, installation, and repair. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings related to plumbing. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems and fixtures. Respond to plumbing emergencies in a timely manner. Skills and Qualifications 1-6 years of experience in plumbing or a related field. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Certification or diploma in plumbing or a related field is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities The roles include taking care of all the site supervision operations of the firm. Job Responsibility Supervise the daily construction activities on-site, ensuring that all work complies with the required safety standards and project timelines. Ensure that the site activities like excavation, pipe laying, backfilling, and manhole construction are executed as per the approved drawings and technical standards Oversee the erection & installation of sewer pipelines, manholes, chambers, and associated structures according to the projects design specifications and BOQ (Bill of Quantities). Ensure that all materials and work are compliant with project specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices. Candidate Requirement * Steadfast and result oriented * good at manpower management * able to implement scalable solutions * understand the issue and resolve challenges. Training & Skills * innate training will be provided in the field/site engineering w.r.t. CWSS & UGSS Pipeline Projects * Will receive hands-on experience in handling engineering erections at STP, WTP Projects and Civil Construction of OHT, Sumps and Pumping Stations Required Candidate profile Fresher - BE (Civil) who completed graduation only in 2023 afterwards Diploma (Civil) - preferred; both freshers and max. experience of 2 to 3 years ITI - Draftsman Civil, Plumber, Fitter, Electrician Trades - both FRESHERS & max. 2 years experience HSLC (+2) /SSLC (10th Standard) - having hands on experience in Civil Construction can apply Salary commensurate with years of experience and knowledge Salary will be best in the industry Candidates willing to work in and around Chennai; ready to relocate to Chennai

Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and oversee the execution of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) as per project specifications and standards. Review and interpret MEP drawings, design documents, BOQs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, structural consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. Monitor and manage site installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, fire fighting, electrical systems, and plumbing services. Review vendor/supplier proposals, verify equipment specifications, and ensure materials comply with design requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure work is progressing as per approved shop drawings and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve MEP issues on-site and ensure timely escalation where necessary. Prepare and submit periodic project reports, progress updates, and quality control documents. Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Coordinate and ensure timely inspections with consultants and third-party agencies. Optimize designs and propose value engineering solutions to reduce costs and improve performance. Participate in project planning, budgeting, and procurement strategy for MEP works. Position: Civil Engineer (Infrastructure Works) We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with a Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering and 4 to 5 years of experience in infrastructure development. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute infrastructure works including: WBM roads Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) Water Treatment Plants (WTP) Drainage systems Rainwater and to Ensure timely execution as per design specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams. Maintain daily work reports, material planning, and site documentation. Candidate Profile: Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. 4 to 5 years of hands-on site experience in infrastructure work. Strong knowledge of civil execution practices and infrastructure systems. Good communication and coordination skills.
