Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
Optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability across high-volume transactional systems.
Integrate Oracle Fusion ERP with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Create and manage BI Publisher reports, including bursting logic and layout customization.
Schedule and monitor ESS (Enterprise Scheduler Service) Jobs in Oracle Fusion to automate report delivery.
Analyze data models within Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Finance, SCM, or HCM) and map business requirements accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, and QA teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Document code, solutions, and processes for maintenance and future reference.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis for data/reporting discrepancies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and ERP integrations.
Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP must have worked in at least one module (Finance, SCM, or HCM).
Proficient in designing and optimizing PL/SQL code with strong debugging skills.
Expertise in integrating APIs (REST and SOAP) for data extraction and updates.
Strong working knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher including bursting logic and template customization.
Experience with ESS Job scheduling in Fusion Applications.
Strong understanding of Fusion ERP data schemas and reporting layers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
