Develop and maintain real-time telemetry pipelines to enable live optimization via AI agents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, AI/ML engineers, and domain experts. Own architectural decisions ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with healthcare standards. Participate in technical reviews, performance tuning, and roadmap planning. Preferred Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology, digital twin, or enterprise architecture. Proven expertise in tools like Azure Digital Twins, Palantir Foundry, Celonis, and Camunda. Deep understanding of payer-side operations and medical management workflows. Familiarity with IoT/event-streaming architectures and AI/ML pipeline integration. Strong grasp of healthcare data standards such as FHIR and HL7 is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience delivering enterprise healthcare solutions for Indian or global clients is desirable

Role & Responsibilities Work directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to the Sales Cloud platform. Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud features including Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, and Forecasting. Implement and optimize sales processes within Salesforce to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy. Design and implement workflows, process builders, validation rules, and Lightning components as needed. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools. Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product managers, developers, and testers in Agile sprints. Ensure documentation of configurations, customizations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Preferred Candidate Profile 48 years of overall Salesforce experience with strong focus on Sales Cloud implementations . Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications preferred. Proven experience with custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) and third-party integrations . Strong understanding of CRM processes and B2B sales lifecycle . Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote, contractual engagement. Prior experience in handling short-term client projects or consulting engagements (4–6 months) is highly desirable

Continuously optimize models based on user feedback and data-driven insights to improve performance. Integrate IVA/chat solutions with internal systems such as CRM and backend databases. Ensure scalability, robustness, and security of IVA/chat solutions in compliance with industry standards. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of AI solutions to ensure high quality and reliability. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in developing IVA/chatbots, conversational AI, or similar AI-driven systems using AWS services Expert in using Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS lambda, AWS connect AWS Bedrock experience with Sage maker will have added advantage Solid understanding of API integration and experience working with RESTful services. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services or fintech projects. Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance requirements in the financial sector.
