Job Description

Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive - (plotting sales - Direct sales)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming leads, walk-ins, and referrals, and convert them into confirmed plot sales.
Conduct site visits, explain project USPs, pricing, legal documentation, and provide end-to-end customer support.
Manage the sales closing process including booking, payment follow-up, and coordination with CRM and documentation teams.
Maintain and nurture client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and online platforms.
Achieve or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback to the marketing team about customer preferences and market trends.
Attend promotional events, expos, and other real estate sales activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
26 years of direct sales experience in real estate, preferably in plotting or land sales.
Proven track record of closing high-value deals and meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with local market dynamics and customer behaviour.
Customer-focused with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and site visit days
