Job description We have a vacancy with below details, Role : Platform Manager DCM Experience -2-5 Notice Period : Immediate to 60 Interview Mode : Virtual Work Mode :WFH Key Responsibilities: Create, update and test regulatory-required cardholder documents using relevant Martech. Consistently maintain a 99.9 accuracy level for templates, content blocks, and documents. Manage the tactical execution of multiple online and printed templates for internal clients using Workfront to obtain required approvals. Ensure content, templates and documents meet client requirements, SYF/Client brand standards, channel requirements, legal and regulatory guidelines. Create or modify XML, Schema Definitions (XSD) as needed to create and/or update content blocks, templates, and documents Required Skills/Knowledge: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of Experience in computer science, Information Services, Information Technology or in lieu of a degree 6+ Years of experience in computer science, Information Services, Information Technology • 2-3 years of XML, XSD, Data Model and JavaScript experience. 3+ years of HTML, CSS and Oracle Database experience. 4+ years of Project Management, preferably Agile. Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inform team members. Strong problem solving and reporting skills Desired Skills/Knowledge: Analytical thinking. Adobe InDesign experience Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Information Technology Masters degree preferred Analytical thinking Prior work experience supporting Marketing functions Prior work experience in Financial Services Oracle database experience Experience working in and navigating a highly regulated business Strong problem solving, analysis and reporting skills Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of Experience in computer science, Information Services, Information Technology or in lieu of a degree 6+ Years of experience in computer science, Information Services, Information Technology
