This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Head located in Kolhapur. You will oversee daily plant operations, including production planning, quality control, budgeting, and production management. Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality, and aligning operations with company goals. You will work closely with various teams to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. To excel in this role, you should possess Plant Operations and Production Management skills, experience in Production Planning and Budgeting, expertise in Quality Control, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
