🔯 Position:- PLANT MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE HEAD
🔯 Location:- KALABURAGI🔯 Salary:- 40K-70K🔯 Experience:- 5-6 YEAR🔯 Education:- - Bachelor's of Mechanical EngineeringKey Responsibilities:-

Lead the mechanical maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and mechanical systems.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Manage budgets and resources for maintenance activities, including spare parts and manpower.
Coordinate with other departments for maintenance planning and execution.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Oversee capital projects related to mechanical upgrades or installations.
Train and mentor staff to build technical capabilities and promote best practices.
Enhances plant reliability and efficiency.
Reduces operational costs through effective maintenance planning.
Supports sustainability and automation initiatives.
