Clear understanding of capex cost estimation terminology, methods and tools to estimate cost for projects. Able to estimate total installed cost for the project with right assumptions and generate reports. In-depth knowledge by participating in different engineering reviews related to safety like HAZID, PHA, HAZOP, Health and operability assessments etc and provides solutions to the findings from these reviews to reduce the impact. Collaborate with the project team members and other stakeholders to gather relevant information to complete the assigned task. Lead the project team in various project reviews like PFD/PID/PHA/Final PDP, and actively contribute to achieve the functional objectives. Good knowledge of engineering, value engineering, other applicable value improvement processes and best practices relevant to process engineering discipline and propose ideas/suggestion during various stages of project reviews

Qualifications: B.E. or B.Tech preferably with maintenance experience Knowledge, skills, and experience: Minimum 15 years experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Process or Utility industry, ideally gained in operations or maintenance of process related equipment. Reduction in planned maintenance burden from company standard by moving towards risk-based and condition-based maintenance strategies.
