Planning cum Project Engineer Bungalow, Villa & Residential Projects

As a Planning cum Project Engineer for Residential Projects, you will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, and reporting for bungalow, villa, and residential construction projects. Your role will involve site coordination and monitoring of execution to ensure successful project completion. Proficiency in tools like MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and Excel will be essential for effectively managing project timelines and resources. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the field of civil engineering, holding a Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular office presence as well as approximately 45 site visits per month.
