Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for placement collaboration.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
  • Understand placement requirements and align them with candidate profiles.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of placement drives.
  • Manage employer communication, requirement mapping, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update placement-related MIS and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
  • Strong networking abilities; experience using platforms like LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, preferably in the IT or education domain.
