You will be responsible for delivering the Stress Analysis outcomes to the team. Your role will involve coordinating with the client to address any queries or concerns during the analysis process. Additionally, you will be responsible for team training and management. Your expertise in Piping Stress Analysis, particularly with CAESAR II software, will be crucial for this role. You should have a strong understanding of Piping Codes and Standards such as ASME B 31.3 and 31.1. Experience in analyzing various components including Pumps, Compressors, Tank Farm, Vessels, Columns, Flare Gas, Skid Piping, Rack Piping, and H.EX is required. You should also be adept at performing Nozzle Load Evaluations using standards like WRC107, 297, API 610, API 617, API 661, API 560, and NEMASM23. Attending consultant meetings and project reviews will be part of your responsibilities. You should have experience in both Static and Dynamic Stress Analysis, as well as in analyzing Buried Piping. Familiarity with Onshore and Offshore Piping Stress Analysis is preferred. Your experience in selecting Pipe Supports and Spring Hangers based on project requirements will be valuable. Timely delivery of analysis, design, and detailing with high quality is crucial. Knowledge or experience in process engineering drawing deliverables such as PFD, P&ID, and 2D Configuration GA drawings is preferred. Experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Process, and Water industries, as well as design knowledge of equipment layout and piping layout, is an added advantage. The candidate should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have relevant experience in industries like Design, EPC, Oil and Gas, or Petrochemical. Promoting best practices internally and having a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in analysis, design, and detailing are essential. Familiarity with Pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, piping systems, pipe supports, and steel & RC structures is required. Proficiency in preparing and reviewing detailed fabrication drawings, as well as interacting with vendors in oil & gas, Petrochemical, fertilizers, and power plants is necessary. Experience with tools/software such as AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and SolidWorks is expected. Design experience in P&ID, isometric drafting, and 3D plant modeling using Plant 3D or PDMS is highly beneficial. Job Roles and Responsibilities : Candidate with minimum 12 year of experience and relevant 8 years into Piping Design B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Highly skilled Piping Design Engineer with strong expertise in Autodesk Plant 3D and a solid background in mechanical design for industrial projects. Hands-on experience in various piping and layout-related deliverables and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities : Develop and review GA drawings, Equipment layouts, Foundation layouts, Piping routing, Piping Layouts, Piping Isometrics, Pipe Supports, Tank drawings, Platform, and structure drawings and BOQ using AutoCAD Plant 3D. Can read, understand and identify the P&D (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams). Coordinate with design, process, engineering, and site erection team. Ensure adherence to industry standards, piping standards, drawing standards, project specifications and scope. Support site team with design clarifications and resolve technical queries. Prepare documentation and drawing deliverables for project milestones and client approvals. The role of a Structure Design Engineer in Navi Mumbai involves analysis and design of concrete and steel structures, buildings, technological buildings, PEB building design, and reviews. You will be responsible for designing pipe racks, pipe supports, platforms, connection design, as well as having a keen eye for detailing RCC and steel structures, connection details, and fabrication drawings review. Additionally, you will design various foundations, equipment foundations, liquid retaining structures, flat slabs, pre-cast, and prefab structures, and perform dynamic analysis for earthquake load, wind load, and machine foundation design for dynamic loads. Your tasks will also include the preparation of BOQs, tender documents, interdisciplinary coordination, and the preparation of design basis and technical specifications for CSA works and PEB building works. You will also prepare design basis and technical specifications for road pavements, drainage network, plumbing, levelling grading, and general civil works. Furthermore, you will work on the preparation of technical bid analysis and resolutions of TQs and site RFI, and should be able to understand soil investigation reports and interpret the recommendations given. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or ME/M. Tech/ MS- Structure Engineering, along with 6 to 10 years of experience in industrial projects related to advance manufacturing of chemicals, new energy businesses, automotive industries, pharmaceutical plants, FMCG projects, and data center projects.
