Desired Candidate Profile Male candidates with valid driving license and willing for Home collection 3-8 years of experience in phlebotomy or related field (B.Sc / Dmlt / Bmlt). Strong knowledge of blood collection techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
