Personal Secretary

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and official communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including doctors, administrators, and dignitaries.
  • Assist in organizing events, conferences, and board meetings.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases efficiently.
  • Handle personal tasks and errands as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English & Hindi.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & email management.
    • Strong organizational & time-management skills.
    • Discretion in handling confidential matters.
    • Ability to work under pressure with a proactive approach.
