Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with central teams and develop channel-specific performance strategies aligned to quarterly and annual acquisition goals.
  • Launch and manage high-volume paid campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads and Mo Engage.
  • Monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV, CAC) daily; implement A/B tests on creative, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Present performance reviews, budget forecasts, and optimization roadmaps.
  • Partner with creative to develop ad assets that resonate with target audiences and improve lead quality.
  • Own a substantial media budget; allocate spend across channels and adjust in real time to maximize ROI.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven track record.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and Mo Engage Flows.
  • Clear communicator who turns data into action.
