Performance Marketing Specialist (In-House)

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Knack Healthcare's Efflair luxury aphrodisiac product line, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding the brand's presence in the market. Your responsibilities will include running and optimizing ad campaigns, reducing customer acquisition costs, and improving return on ad spend. You will be expected to conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies. Collaboration with content, design, and e-commerce teams will be essential to ensure a cohesive marketing approach. Additionally, tracking performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics 4, Meta, Klaviyo, and Hotjar will be crucial to monitor campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in direct-to-consumer marketing. A strong command of Meta, Google Ads, and analytics tools is essential, while experience with Shopify and Klaviyo would be advantageous. Your ability to analyze data, think critically, and communicate effectively will be key to driving successful marketing campaigns. Prior experience in the wellness or healthcare industry would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
