🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns on fashion marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, Nykaa Fashion, and more.

This is not a listing or cataloging role – we’re looking for someone who knows how to drive ROAS-focused ad performance in the marketplace ecosystem.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Run and manage performance ad campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, Nykaa Fashion, etc.

Monitor and optimize marketplace campaigns to achieve business KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and conversions.

Use data insights to scale campaigns profitably and improve customer acquisition costs.

Stay updated on marketplace ad tools, algorithm changes, and seasonal campaign strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to align creatives and ad copies with campaign goals.

✅ Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in running paid campaigns on fashion-focused marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Myntra, Meesho).

Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of ad dashboards and performance metrics.

Experience managing monthly budgets and independently scaling campaigns.

Sound understanding of marketplace ad ecosystems and best practices.

Experience in the fashion/e-commerce segment is mandatory.
