Join our Team About this opportunity: At Ericsson, we are looking for a People Subject Matter Expert. In this role, you will have the opportunity to identify emerging trends and issues while providing innovative solutions. You will ensure consistency and globalization in your area of expertise, manage global suppliers and provide expert advice. This position allows you to utilize your expertise in designing, developing and deploying strategic policies, processes and tools. What you will do: Understand business needs from relevant stakeholders to support the development of an SME strategy. Deliver on updated and fresh processes and frameworks while communicating the SME strategy. Assist in defining the deployment plan for people solutions, drive the implementation, and manage any deviations. Take the initiative to rectify and improve any deviations, if necessary.
