• Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establishing strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential franchisees is critical. This involves regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support.
• Negotiating Contracts and Agreements: Finalizing terms and conditions with franchisees, ensuring mutual understanding and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Market Expansion and Sales Growth:
• Promoting Pharmaceutical Products: Actively promote the company's range of pharmaceutical products to potential franchisees, who in turn will market them to healthcare professionals and retailers.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Working with franchisees to ensure they meet their sales targets within their assigned territories. This often involves providing strategies and support.
