Job Description

Key Responsibilities: End to end payroll processing. Work on of all aspects of payroll / HR statutory norms / Taxation Collecting timesheet/ attendance data from client on time and prepare the paysheets. Calculating the wages, benefits, bonus, OT shift wages, and tax deductions client wise and state wise Communicate with Clients on timely manner and responding to the queries. Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation. Responding to employees on payroll related inquiries and resolving concerns. Reconcile the payroll data monthly and highlight the profit and loss to the management. Ontime Invoice generation and submission to clients IT calculations, issuing tax forms and related documentation and assisting employees to complete the processes. Issuance of Pay slips on time to all employees Manage and work with the team for smooth operations.
