The role requires experience using ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus (or similar tools) and demands strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills in a global support environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform patching on Windows/Linux servers and endpoints using ManageEngine or similar patching tools. Plan and execute patching activities across scheduled maintenance windows in coordination with client teams. Monitor patch compliance and generate reports to ensure 100% patching coverage. Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to minimize downtime and avoid business disruption. Troubleshoot patching failures and escalate issues where necessary.
