Job Requirements We are seeking a qualified candidate with the following skills and experience: Strong Communication Skills : Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and other departments. Minimum 3 Years of Experience in User Computer Patching : Hands-on experience in deploying and managing patches for end-user systems, ensuring compliance and security. Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Server Patching : Proven expertise in patching various server environments, including planning, scheduling, and executing patch deployments with minimal downtime. Knowledge of Patching Processes : Familiarity with industry-standard patching methodologies, tools, and best practices for maintaining system integrity and security. Experience in Change Management : Understanding of change management procedures and protocols, including documentation, impact assessment, and approvals to support a controlled IT environment. Team Coordination Skills : Ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues during patching cycles.
