Job Description

You will be responsible for driving SaaS, product, and B2B sales through effective day-to-day channel partner management. This includes aligning product features with business benefits, configuring solutions for end clients, and identifying qualified sales opportunities. You will also secure meetings for Regional Sales Managers with potential partners. Must-have: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the IT/SaaS industry in a partnerships or strategic alliances role. Roles & Responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential organizations for strategic partnerships with LatentBridge. Establish, manage, and enable partnerships that effectively generate client referrals to LatentBridge. Nurture partner relationships throughout their entire lifecycle to ensure continued collaboration and value. Plan, execute, and optimize co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, email campaigns, and content sharing. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to drive channel and referral growth. (Good to have) Manage and maintain the partnerships' P&L to monitor performance and profitability. Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners to drive business growth. Onboard new partners and ensure quick ramp-up on products and solutions. Develop business opportunities with new and existing partners. Understand customer requirements and align appropriate solutions through partners. Drive product sales, particularly in automation and SaaS-based solutions. Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product teams to support campaigns and launches. Monitor the sales pipeline, track KPIs, and ensure consistent lead generation. Visit partners periodically to maintain strong, results-driven relationships. Analyze competition and contribute to effective sales strategies. Support the end-to-end sales cycle including planning, execution, and performance tracking. Requirements: Proven experience in channel management and B2B product sales. Experience in SaaS sales and a good understanding of automation technologies is preferred. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and position solutions effectively. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); fluent in spoken and written English. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Customer-focused, solutions-oriented, and highly self-driven. Flexible and professional approach to working across teams and taking on additional responsibilities when required.
