Your responsibilities will include meeting compliance requirements throughout the onboarding process, encompassing areas such as Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Fraud Due Diligence (FDD), periodic reviews, risk triggers, Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) responsibilities, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and sanctions screening. Although this role is individual contributor-focused, your prior experience in leading a team of 3-4 analysts will be beneficial. Your role will also involve identifying and mitigating compliance issues and risks during onboarding, driving continuous improvements in the onboarding process, and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation and procedures.
