Position: Part-time SEN Teacher - CBSE - Off Airport Road, Sadahalli Role Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for students with special educational needs. Conduct assessments to identify individual learning requirements. Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students. Collaborate with other teachers to adapt the curriculum and ensure inclusivity. Monitor and report on student progress and behavior. Provide support and guidance to students during lessons. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment. Communicate effectively with parents about student achievement and challenges. Implement effective classroom management strategies. Access additional resources and support services as needed. Participate in professional development and training to stay updated on best practices. Engage in team meetings to discuss student needs and strategies. Maintain accurate records of student performance and development. Provide individualized support to students during activities. Support the schools mission by upholding its values and community objectives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field. Recognized qualification in Special Educational Needs. Experience working with students with special needs. Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging learning materials. Experience in managing classroom behavior effectively. Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning. A positive attitude and passion for teaching special needs students. Proficiency in using technology for education. Understanding of child psychology and development. Flexibility to adapt to different learning environments. Willingness to engage in community programs and activities.
