Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the

    primary point of contact

    between the institution and parents
  • Handle

    queries, concerns, and feedback

    from parents professionally and promptly
  • Conduct

    regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups

    to ensure parent satisfaction
  • Support the

    admissions team

    with new parent onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain and update

    parent communication records

    in CRM systems
  • Organize and coordinate

    parent-teacher meetings

    , workshops, and school events
  • Collaborate with academic and operations teams to resolve parent-related issues
  • Promote school/college programs, achievements, and updates to parents
  • Handle

    escalations

    with empathy, diplomacy, and effective problem-solving
  • Ensure high levels of

    parent engagement and retention
