Team Management Supervise, train, and develop packing line operators and staff. Prepare shift schedules and manpower planning. Conduct periodic performance evaluations and ensure training on SOPs and cGMP. 4. Equipment and Maintenance Ensure proper functioning, calibration, and maintenance of packing equipment (labeling machines, blister packing, serialization, etc.).
