Job Description

As a consultantyou will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

Requirements Gathering and AnalysisCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements related to project management, resource management, time and expense tracking, and financial management within Dynamics 365 Project Operations

Testing and ImplementationDevelop and execute test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the system functions as expected and meets business requirements

Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve business processes related to project management and resource utilization within the system

Project Planning and ExecutionAssist in project planning, budgeting, and forecasting, leveraging Dynamics 365 data for decision-making

DocumentationMaintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, system configurations, and user guides

Preferred technical and professional experience

Problem-Solving
Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve issues related to system functionality and user adoption

Experience with Agile MethodologiesFamiliarity with Agile or iterative project management methodologies

Knowledge of Microsoft Power PlatformUnderstanding of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate for enhanced reporting and automation
