We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Head to lead and scale the sales operations of Owsho Marketplace across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of Sales Executives and Field Salesmen , ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets, especially for our Vendor Subscription Packages . Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Owsho’s expansion goals. Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team including field salesmen and executives. Set clear monthly/quarterly targets for team members and monitor performance regularly. Drive sales of vendor subscription packages by planning city-level sales campaigns and vendor onboarding drives. Track KPIs like conversion rate, revenue per executive, and subscription closure ratios. Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and outreach initiatives. Conduct regular field visits to monitor execution, support salesmen, and resolve vendor queries. Maintain CRM dashboards, sales reports, and performance analytics. Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
