Overseas Recruiter

As a Sr. / Jr. Recruiter (Overseas) at H.R. International, you will play a vital role in sourcing and recruiting top international talent for global positions. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment activities, market research, and ensuring compliance with immigration and work permit regulations. Your expertise in international recruitment, understanding of global labor laws, and ability to collaborate across different time zones will be essential for success in this role. Key Skills required for this position include having at least 2 years of recruiting experience with an international focus, a strong grasp of global recruitment processes and labor laws, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
